Please note: You might experience a longer transit time for your first Cargo Crate delivery. We are doing everything we can to get your crate to you within our desired delivery date.  Once you are in our system, you should no longer experience any delays.  Please contact our support if you do not receive your crate 14 days from the date of your shipping label creation located in your tracking information.

Update: Shipping Time for Australia

At this time, there seems to be a slow down with Australian Post deliveries. We expect most shipments to arrive around 2-4 full weeks after the “In transit to Australia Post” scan and will usually only update as far as clearing customs.  We are in contact with our shipping carrier to look into these shipping times.
